All Precision universal joints are machined to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. All parts are precision-ground to stringent tolerances with quality-control inspections at every step of the manufacturing process.
Precision truck universal joint offer the following features:
  • Cold-formed bearing cups, case-hardened using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes
  • Grease fitting holes that are drilled and tapped
  • Cross trunnions that have large grease reservoirs for optimal grease distribution
  • Internal anti-drain-back valves to control lubrication flow and prevent dry start-up
  • Heat-treated needle bearings made from the highest-quality steer
  • High-quality, long-wearing, abrasion-resistant nitrile seals that extend the life of the U-joint by retaining bearing lubricants and keeping out contaminants
  • Exclusive thrust washer design that includes radial lubrication and an anti-drain-back feature. Available on popular medium- and truck universal joint as well as power takeoff (PTO) universal joint.
  • All parts must be completely cleared before final assembly, free of iron chippings, greasy dirt, dusts etc.
  • Filled with #2 automobile grease in the assembly;
  • Needle must be run properly after assembly. Needle block, needle drop are not allowed;
  • Prevent from rust and collision;
