Wotz warrants its products to meet applicable specifications as described in the technical manuals, and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

◆ For any manufacturing problem, Wotz will remit the compensation to customer’s appointed banking account within 3 working days from receiving quality claim.

◆ Once receiving any quality claim with photos of defects, Wotz will response to analyze and check the problem immediately and give final judgment within 3 working days.
